Within 2 days of our initial chat, David had scheduled open houses for all the properties I was interested in. We did house tours over FaceTime and he took extra time to de-brief after each visit. I ended up taking a red eye to meet him the next day and he greeted me bright and early to brief me on rest of the home tours and strategize the offer process.

Given how hot the Miami real estate market is and how slow things tend to move in the city -- it was no small feat for David to organize all home tours so quickly. It made a huge difference in me making and offer and purchasing my dream Miami home.

Throughout David was thorough, super responsive and always available to answer questions and strategize the negotiations. I really appreciated his direct, frank and skillful advice and help in working with the reps of the seller for the property I eventually purchased.

He helped me organize the inspection, work with my lender and condo association on approvals needed during the closing process. David even helped me find home insurance when I struggled to find a good company. Most out-of-state buyers would be surprised to find this quite challenging for coastal properties in Miami because most big name companies do not offer coverage.

An added bonus -- David is very well connected and even helped me find temp housing and contractors for the renovations I ended up doing. If you are an out-of-state buyer like me -- it is very helpful having an agent like David who would go the extra mile.
